This was a wonderful experience and the only stop I actually made in D.C., I say without regrets. I had a LOT of fun exploring and hope to return and see how much more I can find next time! I highly recommend using public transport. Despite a parking reservation I struggled tremendously to find it.

We visited the Mansion on O Street in October while on vacation in D.C. This was such an unexpected find when we were looking around for things to do. We had a great time trying to find all of the doors and taking in all of the themed rooms. If you're looking for something to do besides going out to eat and seeing museums, I highly recommend giving this place a go. From kids to adults, it's a good time for everybody!

Fun spot to discover in DC

This was a fun experience. The Mansion is so eclectic- there was so much to see! Would like to have a "secret door check list" with a short general description of each door, that did not give away any locations- so we knew which ones we had not found yet. And could keep track of the ones we did.
